The meeting was organised by Prof. Michael Haist from Institut für Baustoffe in collaboration with the Netherlands Organization for Applied Scientific Research TNO.
The subject of the international workshop was an exchange of experience on the deformation behaviour of bridges and the risks for bridge structures with regard to the consequences of climate change.
Representatives from the German and Dutch building authorities BAST and Rijkswaterstaat as well as from TNO and Leibniz Universität Hannover (Institut für Baustoffe (IfB) and Institut für Photogrammetrie und Geoinformation (IPI)) took part in the workshop.
